Do you need validation?

Sometimes a smile or an acknowledgment can make a huge difference in someone's life. A simple gesture of appreciation goes a long way. We don't always know what people are going through, and they sometimes hide behind masks to avoid being hurt. I found out that people who look the most secure are sometimes the most vulnerable.

Don't be greedy. Give compliments and smiles freely. You may turn someone's life around without even realizing it.
